PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

The program includes an assessment of forward and backwards skating technique, with Skating Analysis product. Diagnosis of skating technique is done by processing the video of a player skating on hockey treadmill.

For hockey players of all ages

PROGRAM LENGTH

1-2 training's on skating treadmill to get used to it. After that we collect data, evaluation process can take for up to 10days

REQUIREMENTS

The participant will bring: the entire hockey gear, sharpened skates, clothing and footwear for training on dry-land (gym, outdoor)
