Because we are all the time on the ice, our body is loaded on one side and this needs to be addressed. We decided to prepare the camp in such a way as to make the most of the summer time for efficient preparation in all aspects. Players are divided into age and performance groups. The camp is intended for players older than 7 years (please contact younger players by phone).

Contents of summer camps in HTC Prague:

Daily: 2x ice training – skating technique, skills, shooting, puck handling, 1-1, individual approach

Daily: warm-up, stretching, training of reaction skills, peripheral vision, development of cognitive functions

Daily: off-ice shooting training – every day the player will practice shooting for 2 hours (1hr in the morning (Skatemill exercises), 1hr in the afternoon)

Daily: fitness training focused on a specific player, training units 1 hr (divided by age and performance categories)

Daily: skatemill – each player skates one match (icetime), skating technique, body work, coordination of movements, consultation of limiting factors and their elimination, advanced training units

Daily: compensatory exercises, physio – if you provide a report from a sports doctor, we will focus on deficiencies in a targeted manner, gymnastics, ranges, mobility

Lunch, snacks, drinking regime, fruit, yogurt, cottage cheese with frozen fruit, muesli, milk, tea, quality ham, pastries are always available for breakfast. Quality food ingredients are absolutely essential!

Camps starting (always on Monday): please choose a date in the reservation form

Weekly cycles (Monday-Friday) starting on Monday at 9 a.m. (meeting 8:00-9:00 a.m.), the camp ends on Friday at 5 p.m.

The price of the camp is 384 EUR – 450 USD (9,600 CZK). Siblings 328 EUR – 390 USD (CZK 8,200) / person.

The price of the camp “FULL SERVICE” 540 EUR – 640 USD (13,500 CZK) with a complete analysis of the musculoskeletal system with a SportTesting Dryland training plan and SkateAnalysys skating diagnostics with reports with recommendations on the subsequent procedure and how to improve the overall condition of the athlete.

Equipment: complete equipment, clothes for the gym (clean shoes!), towel, spare clothes for the gym, sweatshirt, hygiene items. Phone allowed to call parents.
